Trust · Competency and authorisation

Assign the right competency with the right level of evidence.

Nordik systematically distinguishes training, applied experience, authorisation and individual certification.

Each assignment is confirmed after reviewing requirements, available competencies and any independence or approval obligations.

Four levels that must not be confused

01

Training

Documented participation in a learning programme or preparation course for a standard.

02

Standard knowledge

Knowledge demonstrated through experience, completed deliverables and workplace application.

03

Authorisation

Permission defined by an employer, client or regulation for a specific task and period.

04

Individual certification

A credential issued to a person by a competent body, with a verifiable scope, status and validity.
